Making a post, beside making the content become the one which people want to read it also become a good idea to make it better for search engines. This means that not only people who read it will like the post since the beginning, but also make it found easier by search engine, so that it will come to the first page of search engine result that make more people read it. It need some trick to make our post SEO friendly, below is my way.

1. Use a self-describing title.

Just look at this post, the title, since the first you read it will make you guess or knowing what the entire post will talk about. Self-describing title usually also need more than 4 words, so we can insert more keywords in the title. That’s, beside make people who read it interested to read the entire post, also make it indexed better by search engines.

2. Using points.

Just like this post, it tell you about SEO friendly post that the way is divided into some points. The useful method is not just by writing the points itself, but the way I write it using heading tags. Because heading will be determined as a different part of the post, so that it will also become keywords when indexed by search engines.

3. Use more tags.

Adding more tags at your post is never become something useless. Because no one care about it so much, this will lead the search engine divide and group our post into wider range type of post. But remember that too much tags will make some reader feel bad about your post. So just make it clean by not writing more than 5 tags for one post.

4. Give a link to the similar post.

If you know, other people writing the same as you, linking to them /giving trackback is not a wrong action. The first is make your reader get more views by more people. So that they feel enjoy to come to your blog next time hoping to find more resource by your link. The next point is by giving a trackback, beside you link to them, at the comments section of the post you link at, there will be a link to your own post. In will increase your Page rank.

5. Keep it simple.

Writing more than 400 words will make your reader who don’t have enough time won’t read all of your words. So just write as simple as you can, and don’t make your reader fell bore.
